If you are attending the same program date with one or more colleagues you can receive a program fee discount.

The first person to register will pay the full program fee and will receive a $400 CAD discount code for each of their colleagues to use when registering for the same program.

You can apply this discount one of two ways:

1. If registering at the same time: The discount will automatically be applied to your total price during checkout.

2. If registering separately: The first person to register will pay the full program fee and will receive a discount code to give to each colleague to use during checkout to receive $400 CAD of their individual program fee.

Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement

In consideration for participating in Prosci’s program (the “Event”) and to the greatest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with participating in the Event known or unknown, including but not limited to, injury and/or death, and you hereby release Prosci, Inc., its employees, consultants, insurance carriers, officers, directors, representatives, and agents (hereinafter the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability and/or claims that you may be entitled to bring on your own behalf that arise from participation in the Event, including claims based on negligence or breach of warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, including those of a third party, and to not make claims or file any actions against any of the Released Parties arising in whole or in part from participation in the Event. You further agree to pay all costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred by any Released Party in defending a claim or suit brought by you or on your behalf. You understand that participating in any additional activities beyond the Event is voluntary and that your change management certification is not contingent upon participation in any such activity.

Cancellation and Venue Stay Policy

Tuition is fully refundable up to 30 calendar days before the program start date (less any credit card processing/merchant fees if applicable) or can be transferred to a future session. Within 15 to 30 calendar days of the program start date, tuition is non-refundable and 75% can be transferred to a future session (25% change fee). Within 14 calendar days of the program start date, tuition is non-refundable and 50% can be transferred to a future session (50% change fee). All cancellation/transfer requests must be received in writing (send email to publicprograms_can@prosci.com).

The Accommodations Package cancellation will vary according to the venue. Please contact the Public Programs Coordinator for further details (send email to publicprograms_can@prosci.com).

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.
