Note on Time Requirements:
You will need to be online for approximately 8 hours each day during the dedicated class time. In addition, you will need to complete approximately 1 hour of self-study on Day 1 and Day 2.

Digital Transformation Focus
Working on a large digital transformation project has a significant impact across an organization. At Prosci we know all about change management and are tuned into the special needs of organizations, like yours, where adoption of new tools and processes is critical.
Prosci has you covered – we are offering a brand new three-day Change Management Certification Program focused on Digital Transformation. This program is offered for registration specifically for individuals like you.
Virtual Instructor-Led Training via Zoom
Prosci hosted virtual instructor-led programs will be delivered using Zoom. Zoom is a web-hosted online training service. It is an online classroom and desktop sharing software that enables your Executive Instructor to present their screen to participants via the Internet in real time. In addition, there are tools for polling, sharing materials and collaboration to learn from one another.
Your Physical Space
If you are working from an office or from home, find a location that will allow you to focus with minimal distractions – somewhere you can hear and be heard. Shut down all other applications like email and work applications and remove any distractions to create the best learning environment possible. Your Executive Instructor knows it can be difficult to stay focused and will provide timed breaks and multiple opportunities for you to engage. Get your physical space ready ahead of time so you can focus on learning and applying your new knowledge and skills.
Cancellations received 30 days or more before the program start date are entitled to a full refund. A change of date may be requested 14 days or more before the program start date, free of charge. Requests received after this time will incur a charge of 25% of the program cost plus applicable taxes. All requests for cancellation or date change must be received in writing at the following e-mail address: publicprograms_can@prosci.com.
