Virtual Instructor-Led Training via Zoom
Prosci hosted virtual instructor-led programs will be delivered using Zoom. Zoom is a web-hosted online training service. It is an online classroom and desktop sharing software that enables your Master Instructor to present their screen to participants via the Internet in real time. In addition, there are tools for polling, sharing materials and collaboration to learn from one another.
Your Physical Space
If you are working from an office or from home, find a location that will allow you to focus with minimal distractions – somewhere you can hear and be heard. Shut down all other applications like email and work applications and remove any distractions to create the best learning environment possible. Your Master Instructor knows it can be difficult to stay focused and will provide timed breaks and multiple opportunities for you to engage. Get your physical space ready ahead of time so you can focus on learning and applying your new knowledge and skills.
Cancellations received 30 days or more before the program start date are entitled to a full refund. A change of date may be requested 14 days or more before the program start date, free of charge. Requests received after this time will incur a charge of 25% of the program cost plus applicable taxes. All requests for cancellation or date change must be received in writing at the following e-mail address: publicprograms_can@prosci.com.

If you are attending the same program date with one or more colleagues you can receive a program fee discount.
The first person to register will pay the full program fee and will receive a $400 CAD discount code for each of their colleagues to use when registering for the same program.
You can apply this discount one of two ways:
1. If registering at the same time: The discount will automatically be applied to your total price during checkout.
2. If registering separately: The first person to register will pay the full program fee and will receive a discount code to give to each colleague to use during checkout to receive $400 CAD of their individual program fee.
